bond path in VMD

Hi there,

How to remove unwanted paths in AIM plot visualized By VMD and keep the important one.

Each bond path has a unique resid index.

For example, in the following case, you can activate OpenGL window, click button "0" on your keyboard, and click a point of a bond path, then you will see the "resid" in console window

Then, in the representation panel, input "all and not resid 2", where resid 2 corresponds to the unwanted path, then it will be hidden

If you want to hidden the paths corresponding to resid 2 3 5 9, simply set "all and not resid 2 3 5 9".
